Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use JARVIS: the Discord bot, its dashboard and its website. By adding JARVIS to a server, using its commands or logging in to the dashboard, you agree to them.
01Who we are
JARVIS is provided by Zeno Innovations, a Dutch sole proprietorship owned by Waseem Idoe. Contact: support@zeno-innovations.com or our support server.
02Using JARVIS
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and be old enough to use Discord in your country.
Do not use JARVIS to harass people, spam, raid, scam, spread malware or illegal content, get around Discord's rules, or overload, attack, copy or reverse engineer JARVIS or its systems. Do not try to make the AI produce harmful content or bypass its limits.
We may limit, suspend or block users or servers that break these rules, without notice when needed to protect JARVIS or others.
03Server owners and admins
You choose which features run in your server and how they are set up, including automatic actions such as timeouts, kicks, deleting messages, raid protection, warning limits and auto accept or deny of applications. You are responsible for those settings and for following the law and Discord's rules in your server, including telling your members about the features you use.
Give JARVIS only the permissions it needs. We are not responsible for what happens because of permissions or settings chosen in your server.
04AI features
JARVIS uses AI to chat, answer tickets, score applications, moderate, translate, generate images and more. AI can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. Check important answers yourself, and do not rely on JARVIS for medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
You are responsible for what you ask JARVIS and how you use its replies. Images you generate must follow these terms and Discord's rules.
06Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time by contacting us at support@zeno-innovations.com or in our support server. Premium then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a new plan within 14 days of buying it. You then get your money back minus the days you already used, in line with the Zeno Innovations returns and withdrawal policy.
If Premium does not work as promised, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
07Availability and changes
We work hard to keep JARVIS online, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of bugs. Features, limits and prices can change. We will not remove a paid feature during a period you already paid for without offering a fair solution.
08Your content
You keep the rights to what you write or upload. You let us store and process it only as needed to run JARVIS, as described in our Privacy Policy.
JARVIS, its code, design and name belong to Zeno Innovations. You may not copy or resell them.
09Liability
JARVIS is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profits, or for actions taken in your server because of its settings. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10Ending use
You can stop using JARVIS at any time by removing it from your server or logging out of the dashboard. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your own local court.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For big changes we post a notice in the dashboard or our support server. If you keep using JARVIS after a change, the new terms apply.
